Chorizo and Swiss Chard Recipe
Ok so what do Chorizo and Swiss Chard have in common?
They taste delicious together- that's what!
Here is the recipe- I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Chorizo and Swiss Chard Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Snyder Family Farm Chorizo 
- 1 bundle/bunch of fresh Swiss Chard (we choose the multicolored variety from vendors at one of the Farmer’s Markets we attend) 
Directions:
- Cook chorizo until done in skillet on stove top. 
- WHILE chorizo is cooking- chop or dice swiss chard into bite size pieces and strips. (We also cut the stems as well.) 
- Once chorizo is done cooking, drain and set aside but do not throw our drippings. 
- Pour small amount of drippings back into pan and toss all of your prepared swiss chard in pan. 
- Cook swiss chard down until tender, adding more drippings as needed. 
- Add chorizo back to pan with swiss chard and combine. Then remove pan from heat. 
- Your choirzo and swiss chard is ready to eat! We enjoy ours with cooked jasmine rice or roasted and cubed sweet potatoes!
